Shipping Policy

By accessing our site and/or making a purchase, you participate in our services and acknowledge your agreement with the outlined shipping policy.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All products are contingent upon availability. Upon placing an order, an email confirmation containing the details of the purchase shall be received. Orders are dispatched within 7-14 working days, and customers can expect delivery within 14 days of placing the order in most cases. International shipping times may vary based on the location.

RETURNING ITEMS BY POST

If you choose to return your item(s) via post or courier, please initiate the process by contacting us at [orders@quarterhq.com](mailto:orders@quarterhq.com). Kindly provide essential details, including your name, address, order number, and the reason for returning the item(s).

Ensure that your items are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit. Quarter assumes no responsibility for any items lost in the post. For added security, we recommend using a registered and signed-for courier when sending return items to us. Keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm its receipt.

Please note that all items are exchangeable for store credit only. Upon receiving the item, you will be issued store credit equal to the price of the returned garment. Store credits remain valid for one year from the date of issuance.

  • Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
  • Name on the order.
  • Email address on the order.
  • Your return request.

Allow 1-2 days for your request to be processed, and await return instructions from our care team before proceeding. It's important to note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office for international returns and will incur associated shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international taxes, customs, and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier upon the parcel's arrival in its destination country. The recipient is responsible for settling these charges, and Quarter does not assume responsibility or offer compensation to cover any of these costs. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs, or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or a refund.
