CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Modification/Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be modified or canceled for any reason. Please refer to our exchange policy if you wish to exchange an item upon receiving your order. Note that we do not have a return policy but rather a 14-day exchange policy.

Exchange Scenarios:
  • In the event of a product defect for which Quarter is responsible, we are committed to taking back the item and providing a replacement within a two-week timeframe. Upon receiving your return, our team will conduct a thorough quality check, and upon approval of any manufacturing defect, we will promptly remake the item to ensure your satisfaction.
  • If you receive a garment of an incorrect size, Quarter offers the option to exchange the item. For sizing concerns, please contact us at [orders@quarterhq.com](mailto:orders@quarterhq.com). The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location and the necessary alterations.
Kindly note that Quarter reserves the right to decline exchanges initiated after the 14-day grace period has lapsed or for items not returned in the same condition as received. Exchanges for items purchased from other retail locations or websites are not accepted, and merchandise exchanges are not accommodated.

For a successful return/exchange, ensure that all tags are fully attached to the items, which should be in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please be aware that our seasonal sale items, sample sale, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Claims for packages lost or damaged during transit must be made by the shipper. Quarter bears no responsibility for shipping or delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather. In the unfortunate event of a lost, stolen, or mishandled return package, Quarter does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation. We retain the right to decline exchanges that do not adhere to the specified return/exchange requirements at Quarter's sole discretion.
