The Teerchi Blazer is crafted from handwoven satin by sateen tanchoi silk, with a contrasting handwoven cotton lining. The buttons, handmade in Gujarat, complement the blazer’s refined texture, achieved through multiple rounds of sampling. Hand-finished with contrast piping inside and an interior pocket, this piece stands out for its meticulous detailing. Part of our 'Blazered in Benaras' series, which focuses on creating handwoven suiting fabrics, this piece carries even more history. A 30-year-old loom, once out of commission, was revived specifically for this fabric. We still can’t quite believe we made it happen.
