Bijlee Rose is a two piece set featuring a hand dyed silk top created using the same clamp resist dye technique used in the Bijlee Rekha saree. The fabric is folded and clamped before dyeing so that colour enters the silk in controlled sections, producing bold graphic forms across the surface. The pattern emerges through the dyeing process itself rather than printing. Lines and circular forms appear where the dye penetrates the fabric, creating a composition that feels both structured and fluid. Each piece carries subtle variations as a result of the hand dyeing process.The silk top is cut in a relaxed silhouette that allows the resist dyed textile to move naturally. It is paired with wide pure georgette trousers that are fully lined for comfort and ease of wear.
