Moon in a Matrix

Moon in a Matrix is a two piece ensemble built around a geometric brocade weave. The fabric carries a field of rectangular grid patterns woven in zari, creating a structured matrix across the surface. The trousers are cut in black handwoven brocade where the grid runs across the entire garment. The repeated rectangles create a controlled rhythm while allowing the metallic zari to catch light subtly.

The set is paired with a peach silk wrap top. The sleeves feature hand embroidered zardozi crescent moon motifs that introduce a small symbolic detail within the otherwise geometric composition.
