Red Field is a hand dyed silk dupatta defined by a continuous field of red that shifts in tone across the surface. The colour is created through controlled dyeing, allowing curved forms to emerge within the textile rather than being applied as a print. The silk remains sheer and luminous, allowing light to pass through the fabric so the red appears layered and alive when worn. The curved dyed sections create subtle transitions within the colour field, giving the textile movement and depth. Because the dye penetrates the fibre during the dyeing process, the surface retains the natural softness and fluid drape of silk. The dupatta remains lightweight while carrying a rich intensity of colour.
