Mughal-e-Azam Himroo Kurta

This kurta is made in a handwoven zari Himroo textile, lined with silk for a smooth interior finish.

The textile carries a long history, seen in garments from the era represented in Mughal-e-Azam. It is revived here through a slow, manual weaving process that builds the surface with depth and detail.

The silhouette is kept straight and close to the body, allowing the textile to remain the focus. The structure is clean, with no excess.

Each piece takes approximately 40 days to complete. The weave is complex, the production limited, and the textile increasingly rare.

It is designed to hold presence without needing augmentation.
